Records Division

The records division is responsible for maintaining all of the Bountiful City Police Department’s reports, including attachments to the reports, forwarding of reports to different agencies, and release of reports to the public.

The records division consists of two part time, and two full time employees, including a supervisor who ensures the department remains in compliance with the state system requirements that allow necessary personnel access to driver license, vehicle registration, and criminal history records.

The records division is an important part of the department, ensuring uniformity, and preservation of police records.
