Record/Report Requests

 The records division is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed holidays.

To make a record request, please select an option above.  For Bountiful Police reports other than traffic accidents, your request must be made through mail, email, fax, or in person.  If you don’t want to use the online method to get a traffic accident report, you may use one of the other methods.

Fee Schedule

Requests will be processed as quickly as possible.  In most cases citizens will be able to obtain a copy of their report in one visit to the records division.  However, in some cases it may take ten business days or longer to receive a copy of the report depending upon the circumstances of the investigation. A records personnel will keep you updated of the status of your request.

Please remember, you must pick up the report in person and show photo identification.
